What if I'm between sizes?
Order the larger size and trim to fit. Guide lines are printed on the underside — just follow them with scissors.
Will they make my shoes tighter?
No. Solivo replaces your existing insole — it doesn't stack on top. Remove the old one, drop Solivo in. Same shoe, better support.
What shoes do they work in?
Work boots, sneakers, trainers, walking shoes, casual shoes — anything with a removable insole. Not designed for heels, sandals, or cleats.
Do they actually help with foot pain?
Solivo supports the arch, cushions the heel, and spreads pressure across the forefoot — the three areas where most standing fatigue and strain show up.
